Design

3D Printing
By integrating additive manufacturing into our workflow, we are able to create prototype parts, quickly validate and iterate design concepts and produce custom tooling aids. Whether this is a simple lay-up jig or a complex assembly fixture, this capability supports our manufacturing processes from start to finish, ensuring we provide accurate parts in quick time frames.

Kit Cutting
Our in-house Zünd conveyor-fed kit cutter, paired with the latest OptiScout software, allows us to deliver accurate and repeatable kits to our laminators. Guaranteeing precise and consistent fibre orientation, necessary for both visual and structural applications, our ready-to-use kits minimise waste, reduce errors, and speed up production times, ensuring our laminators can focus on building high-quality components.
Our core offering is our composite laminating services. Utilising the pre-preg process, we are able to manufacture both structural and highly visual composite components. With numerous successful halo-car projects under our belt, we understand the high quality standards that our customers operate to, therefore our team of fastidious laminators will ensure that every component meets or exceeds customer expectations.
